Theme: Innovation & Research For A Better Competitive Europe
Over 300 Attendee's expected from Start-Ups, SME Businesses, Major Corporations, Educational Institutions and Government Agencies including Women’s Groups from across Europe.
AIM OF THE EUROPEAN WOMEN INVENTORS AND INNOVATORS NETWORK [EUWIIN]
EUWIIN provides the opportunity to participate and create a platform that puts the spotlight on the contribution of inventive and innovative women across Europe. The aim is to further develop an environment that utilises and values the contribution that women bring to economic and social growth within and beyond Europe.
This will stimulate and encourage the further advancement of women and work towards bridging the gender gap across Europe in co-operation with trans national partners and the rest of the world.
COVERING ALL AREAS RELATING TO THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW PRODUCTS, SERVICES & PROCESSES.
EUWIIN focuses on invention and innovation in the workplace, the business environment, the home, education & learning institutions and all areas covering the introduction of new products, services & processes. The main objective is to explore effective ways of bringing the support, assistance, tools, advice & information to assist more women in Europe in achieving significant social and economic growth and impact. Another objective of EUWIIN’s long-term programme is to encourage EU institutions and Member State governments to achieve greater harmonisation in intellectual property rights, equity and commercialisation.
PROMOTION OF VIABLE INNOVATIVE IDEAS
The EUWIIN initiative provides the opportunity to share good practice. It will cover key areas where women have contributed viable innovative ideas to fields such as transportation, environmentally friendly materials, communication, science and technology, the home, diversity and energy.
PARTICIPATION AT THE GLOBAL SUMMIT FOR WOMEN
EUWIIN is partly working in collaboration with the Global Summit by offering a package which invites EUWIIN delegates to participate in both events and further raise their profile at a world event which is expected to attract over 900 delegates from over 8o countries.
THE EUWIIN AWARDS DINNER-CEREMONY
The first European Women Inventor & Innovator of the Year Awards will be held at this Gala event on the 16 June – immediately after the close of the Global Women’s summit.

The EUWIIN event will provide the opportunity for innovative forward-thinking organisations to showcase their services and products while providing evidence of how women’s creativity is increasingly becoming a more recognized resource for national growth and individual fulfilment.
